What is a plant-based eggless scrambled egg?
Plant-based scrambled eggs are a vegan alternative to classic scrambled eggs. Tofu is used for it and the secret ingredient is Kala Namak, an Indian salt that gives to this dish an egglike taste. If you don’t have it at the moment, you can also use regular salt instead. It won’t have that exact egglike taste, but it’s still gonna be delicious.
