I’m glad you’re here.

From my young days until a few years ago, I was affected almost continuously by various pain in my body – pain in my joints and bones in different parts of the body, lower and upper back pain, migraine, skin problems, etc. My sometimes desperate search for recovery and healing has taken me through all disciplines of medicine, alternative medicine, and alternative healing methods. Without a doubt, I have been able to experience support and partial healing successes and I am grateful for this; however, I never reached a long-lasting cure. But my path finally led me to learn and know my true self.

I realized that it was not only supposed coincidences that made my life more difficult but – quite the opposite – that I myself am responsible for everything that has happened, is happening and will happen in my life; whether consciously or unconsciously. So I started to let go of all negative feelings and began to shape my life anew, in health and according to my own ideas. I also discovered the extraordinary mindfulness practice power which is the foundation of my work.

 

My experiences in terms of mental and physical health are now helpful for my work and enable me to meet my clients with the greatest understanding and empathy.

 

I see my task and mission in showing other human beings how they can live healthy and free of stress, worries, fears, and doubts life, in joy, positivity and to stand by their side and support them in reaching the balance of mind and body. This means above all to make visible to the individual how much strength and potential is in him, as well as to release this strength and this potential together. Through this you will be enabled to recognize who you really are, to take your fate into your own hands, to step out of any victim role and to allow changes to happen to yourself.

Who I am

I love to read, practice yoga, listen to music, sing-perform and take pictures. I like to travel, be in nature and spend a lot of time by the sea. Spirituality and the knowledge of mental rules bring me clarity and calmness.
