Hello.

I’m Jogile Dambrauskaite, a dedicated yoga and meditation teacher, singer, and performer passionate about helping people overcome anxiety, stress, and physical pain.

My mission is to guide others toward a life of balance, inner peace, and well-being through the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness.

What I Do and Why It Matters

With over two decades of yoga practice, I’ve explored and mastered various styles, including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Raja Yoga, among others.

My journey has taken me from being a Karma Yogi in Berlin to becoming a yoga teacher in Barcelona, where I have worked with esteemed institutions like Spotify and ESADE.

Along the way, I’ve completed extensive teacher training under the guidance of Master Andrei Ram and gained certification in body healing.

Through my teaching, I help individuals uncover their inner strength and potential, enabling them to take control of their lives and break free from fear, doubt, and stress.

My approach emphasises the importance of balance between body and mind, encouraging self-discovery and personal growth.

My Unique Approach

Having faced my own struggles with severe back pain and the emotional toll of losing my father at a young age, I understand the transformative power of contemplative practices firsthand.

Yoga and mindfulness have helped me heal, both physically and mentally, and continue to guide me in life.

 

My experiences in terms of mental and physical health are now helpful for my work and enable me to meet my clients with the greatest understanding and empathy.

 

This personal journey fuels my passion for helping others find their own path to wellness.

As the voice behind OneMindZone, an online mindfulness platform, I offer meditation and holistic wellness practices tailored to help people manage daily stress, anxiety, and pain.
