My coaching is a dialogue to establish a set of values, beliefs and goals and to help you to create a path to achieve them while being in peace and balance with yourself.

    How does an expat coaching session work?

    A 60 minutes or longer 1:1 online session is a relationship between me as coach and an you as expatriate to establish a set of values, beliefs and goals and create a path to achieve them together. 

    Sessions are usually scheduled once a week or once every two weeks. You can also schedule it once a month, depending on your needs. We agree with you what works best for you before the coaching starts and I am usually flexible if we need to adjust the schedule.

    • Recording of our session;
    • Notes;
    • Homeworks;
    • Audio & video material;
    • WhatsApp and email support.

     

    The purpose of OneMindZone expat coaching is to add a new depth of clarity to a challenging situation.

    In the expat coaching sessions, you will learn:

    • How to be self-confident, focused, balanced and aware in your personal and professional lives;
